Yes, it's time for the annual request by someone for someone give me the old 4N Christmas Lights video. I feel it's something that shouldn't be forgotten and may inspire others to do great things while drawing massive amounts of electricity. So, if you happen to know where to get a good copy of the video, please let me know. So far all I've got is a bad quality 4 second clip from Dave Barker. Thanks.

I'm uploading lights video from 1999-2001 to YouTube right now as a mirror. If anybody has video from other years, i'd like to get ahold of those as well. For some reason i dont have video of the years i actually lived on the floor (F02-W05).
damn,, thats sooo awesome. how many people work on that, and how long does it take to do that.
Um I think last year it took us 2 weeks. But due to the incident that happened last year, I don't think we will be able to do it this year. Which sucks in terms of tradition, but going piss in the morning is going to be a lot easier now.

Yeah, something about chemical bombs and the fire marshall...who has yet to return the boxes, no less.
We had been using that set-up since 2k1, my freshman year. I've got some old videos/pictures of the lights that I will make sure are shared once I get back in town.
And, fewer ideas in the forums, and more sent to the floor, Medium

1999 was the first year 4N did this. I actually lived on the floor back then. Kinda takes me back. It was the brain child of a kid named Josh Pieper. He had the idea, and aside from hanging the lights, he pretty much did all of the work himself, as I recall.
