Louis Watkins.

13 (I think) different houses, most of them divided up into seperate apartments. Awesome guy, best landlord ever.

Phone is 573-364-0399 or 573-368-1183.

Herrman Shields Rentals
364-5949 office
368-4772 home

Monte Shields is a great guy, takes care of his places, fixes stuff quickly, and doesn't like investment.

That's who I'm renting from, and I don't plan on moving until I finish my PhD.

Ive rented from both Dale Wands, 364-1985,
and Williams rentals, 364-9684, both are excellent to deal with and have good properties. Mr. Williams is quite possibly the nicest landlord I've ever met, but Dale isn't far behind either. I highly recomend both of them.

Gonna agree with Dale Wands being an excellent landlord, hell, make that 4 votes for him.

Yeah - I'll add another vote for him.

He leaves you alone (I never see him) unless somethings wrong, and then he seems to show up pretty quick to fix things.

Dale is a good landlord for the most part, but we had to get on him a few times for fixing things in our house. He's not too picky, we've turned in our rent on the 2nd before and he really dosen't seem to care. I'd reccomend him.

Both times we've needed something fixed he's sent a guy out the next day.

I'd recommend Dale too. When we got the other half of our house the fridge was on its last life so he replaced it no questions asked before we moved in. Very friendly, always quick to fix problems, and never visits.
