We have been getting a previous occupant's mail and normally we just toss it because its junk mail but I think the dude is getting audited on his taxes. We have already taken some of the previous mail to the post office saying he dosent live here, but it keeps coming.

I used to write "RETURN TO SENDER NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" on the envelope and stick it back in the mailbox for the mailman, until one day the mailman left one behind and circled "or current resident" in the mailing address. I crossed out "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" and added "REFUSED". Never saw that piece of mail again, but eventually I just got tired of dealing with that and started throwing it away.
People need to learn how to fill out a Change of Address form.

Make sure you thoroughly mark out all bar codes on the envelope or else it will be sent directly back to you. That happens a lot at TJ. We have to take a black sharpie and make out all bar codes and even the faintly colored lines that are usually on the back or the front-bottom of the envelope.

We used to get all the mail for the entire street. I guess the mailman was coming up on the end of his shift, and didn't want to finish delivering, so he shoved all the rest of the street's mail into our box. A couple of times of taking this armful of mail to the post office, they fired the guy.
