I'm surprised that the econnection mentioned SUB's sandwich boards... I've been waiting for some kind of official acknowledgment of the missing / destroyed Missouri S&T signs - the top half of a lot of the signs on the buildings on campus are pretty blatantly gone & look like they were removed with force.
Buildings I know of that this has been done to: -Res College -Rolla Building -IDE
Seems a lot more serious than SUB's little boards...

oh noes. they try to make it sound like it was one particular person's tuition/fees (more specifically, your's), when in reality they all get balled together. So in reality, about 1/100 of a cent of my fees has to go to fixing those signs. I'm so mad. <-sarcasm, btw
The ironic thing is that they're not pointing out that some of our fees are used for stupid and quite useless things around campus (I'm thinking about those giant bowls of dirt near McNutt and Havener). I know that they're giant pots for plants... but do we really need another flower garden?
lol. what is someone going to do with those signs? they arent made of anything really valuable are they? also you want the campus to look alive. then how about more student designed and built projects being put up. that way there was a purpose behind them. for example: a pair of tesla coils about 12 ft or so. instead of crap like he has been wasting our money on spend it on the materials for projects like these for EEs etc to learn while building then you can put them up about campus to make it look alive.

What we need is an ugly breadboard that only works if you jiggle the wires every 5 minutes?
