We Min E's really have to be careful of that since we do hands on training with explosives. We can't go walking into the terminal with AN/FO all over our clothes and under our fingernails. But that kid is really retarded.

No it isn't, and its very very dangerous and illegal.
People who handle explosives commonly are usually pretty careful when flying (I do know someone who shut down an airport one time from trace amounts on his bags), but this guy is just an idiot.
