I'm not convinced this story is completely accurate; I think there are rules about how you can serve.

EDIT: after reading the rules of serving for the State of Texas (where this story is from), it seems that its completely fine to serve at the party's regular place of business. Don't know if a kiosk would fall under this definition, but it seems like it would fly.

Anything can be OK with a Judge's stamp of approval. And judging by how this case was carried out, i'm guessing that that Judge had owned a Dell or two.
