Anyone think that its rediculous to issue a death certificate to something/one that doesn't have a birth certificate?

I'm pro-choice, anyone have any thoughts?

I agree with you, and I am pro-life. I think this a retarded idea for a few reasons, not the least of which is the double standard the government would be taking. You have to pick one, and right now these children are not considered alive by the government. This would also have to be applied to miscarriages, and yet another line would have to be drawn. Plan B causes a miscarriage (if there was a child to begin with), so would that need a death certificate? The debate will remain the same, it won't help anybody, and it makes no sense based on our current government regulations.

(Just as trying the killer of a pregnant woman with a double murder is nonsensical in our current climate. While myself and millions of others believe that they are guilty of a double murder, the government does not acknowledge the life of the fetus if the mother decides to take it, so why should it if another takes it? Again, retarded. Pick a position and stick with it. You may at least get a modicum of respect that way, even though you are wrong.)

i thought if the mother was pregnant, her murder COULD be convicted of double homicide, but prosecuters usually only pursued this course if she was well into her pregnancy (like third trimester)

How dumb... how do you give a death certificate to one who has no birth certificate? It seems to me like she's trying to equate abortion to murder, or something like that.

And no, I'm not pro-choice or anti-life. I'm pro-death. :)

That's the entire point.

Disclaimer: I'm a mix of the pro-choice and pro-life. My position depends on the level of development of the unborn kid.
