Apparently the original video of our president being booed at the Nationals game has been pulled from youtube. I'm glad to know we live in a land of democracy and free speech where we are free to criticize anyone we wish.
Following the normal reaction online, there are now several more copies everywhere.

Oh you can, just don't do it with someone else's copyrighted material.
Though one could easily make a case for fair use if used for news purposes or for criticism, I doubt that YouTube really gives a shit. They get a take-down notice, they roll with it.

Don't make it any more than it is. It's bad press and they're well within their rights to have it pulled.
