It's not "stimulus" at all. It's pork. This bill takes 3/4 of a trillion dollars and places it in sectors which have nothing or nearly nothing to do with the economy, and much to do with pet projects and keeping the constituency happy. It's the biggest whole-hog buffet ever, and what's more, it's never been easier to push through. Because if you don't support this bill you don't support the American economy, and therefore you're unpatriotic, or possibly racist.
None of these organizations should be getting ANYTHING extra. Don't forget we've already had the year's federal budget appropriations. All of these sectors already get Federal money.
Goes to show that the federal government handles way too much money if they are giving stuff away like a candy store. Maybe they should try balancing a checkbook first and see how they handle that.

Does this mean you are sleep typing?
He does that a lot. he also sleep-walks, sleep-drives, and sleep-works. So far, it has only backfired for him once, and I think we all know when that was.
