I know that on Red hat there is a Messenger client that i can be signed into msn, aim, and yahoo with multiple accounts. Does anyone know of a similar product for Windows?

The Gaim beta is nice, and Trillian as well. If you like fancy-looking stuff, go Trillian, but Gaim is a bit more stable [and file transfers actually work! :P].

I always had trouble connecting with non-Trillian clients, unless they were local. Sure, my roommate and I sent files to each other over MSN at upwards of 1800 kB/s, but that is beside the point.
