Like the title says, I am in need of a script that I can remotely execute on a machine that will cause it to log into a pre-existing account... any ideas

Through a software designed to execute a file on remote workstations, often called a remote execute program. There are a lot of them out there, altiris and zenworks have that capability, as well as a lot of others.

It is for where I work, I need to be able to do it simultaneously on about 25 machines at 3:00 am after sending a WOL command to power them on.

If you want to make it permanant/semi permanant, you can drop it into the windows registry. I can give you more details if you would like.

Hmm....you can set windows to auto login a certain account...

I'm guessing you want something else, since I thought that was pretty common knowledge...

Sorry, 'droping it' into the Windows registry sounds like your just adding an entry to run this 'script' that he's requesting at startup.

Now we're probably talking about the same thing, but I was saying that it's a built in function of Windows to auto-login a user. You can enable it using some registry entries, or you can do it using another command.
