Ok, so....yeah. This is gonna sound goofy, but I have an idea for a screensaver.
And, yeah, I know about the different ways to make simple ones in PowerPoint, Vista, etc. That's not what I'm after. Fairly certain that, to get what I want, it'll have to be coded.

from my understanding a screen saver can be any exe just renamed to .scr.. so what ever language you are familiar enough with that could make what u want happen ... use that language..
easy languages seem to be VB and C++... if your doing something graphicly intence you might look more into making something along the lines of a game demo programming along with DirectX or OpenGL...
I myself never bother with screen savers just turn the monitor off... one disadvantage of paying for electric is I have the habit of turning stuff off im not using
