What the heck. I'm going to start doing it again. This computer runs idle most of the time anyways.

yea i was running into a problem with me running my machines at 100% load all the time... first off it took out one of my psu's... had to get that replaced... and second off.. with 3 machines puming out air that was over 100F.. well my bed room was getting really really hot... and i felt silly running the ac during the winter... plus not to mention my electric bill went up a lil bit...

Well I've got my Athlon 64 x2 3800+ (2.0ghz) and my Core 2 Duo T100 (I think that's it... it's a 1.8ghz laptop version) on the job atm. I'm not currently doing anything on them except web browsing and torrenting. For some reason it seems to max out at about 50% most of the time at idle on both machines. (using only one core)
