Renting a duplex on 1318 Truman, and need 1 more person for spring semester. Roommate will have 2 downstairs rooms to themselves. Electric bill usually runs about $32 a month per person .

Roommate who owns a Washer and Dryer


Duplex located about 3 miles from campus, near Radioshack.

Guy or girl roommates welcome, there is currently 1 guys and 1 girl renting the duplex, no relationship status between them. The duplex doesn’t allow roaming pets.
