Looking for a housemate starting in February. There is one bedroom available in a five bedroom/ two bathroom house. The house is 2 1/2 blocks from UMR campus. Right next to Sigma Nu. There are currently 2 men (20 & 26) and 2 women (19 & 21) living there. The house is old but clean. Rent is $160/month + 1/5 utilites (usually about $80).
