I should begin by saying that this is possibly going to be available for the fall semester (as I may be getting a co-op during this time). Should I get the job, the room will be available for the summer and fall semester only. The house is located 2 blocks west of Huddle house on 12th Street. The room in question is an upstairs bedroom with plenty of floor space, carpet, and cat5 cable. I'd probably leave most of my furniture here (dresser, desk, chairs, bed, coffee table, drawing table, night stand). Rent is $250/month, utilities are usually around $30-45/month per person, internet is $17/month per person (at the moment). There are 4 other roommates that will be here next year. The house is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from campus. Again, this is only a possibility at this point, it'll be a few weeks before I know whether or not I have the job.
