I'd say it depends on the degree of relation and the culture you come from. (For example, in many Asian countries it's fine to have a cousin as a s.o.)
But, here in the good ole' US of A, I'd say it's wrong.
However, simple attraction is no harm, as long as you keep it buried deep, deep inside.

i have a cousin from texas that i have only met once in my life. but when i did meet her, i was unbelievable attacted to her. she is a tall skinny brunette with a HOT body. we met 2 years ago and got along really well.
if i had been anymore drunk, i might have made a pass at her. she was very flirty.
i feel dirty for having those thoughts about her. is that wrong?

I think, and this all just my speculation, that we are somehow conditioned not to be attracted to the people we were around when we were growing up. You get older and start being attracted to other people, and you just can't think of the people you knew when you were young in that way. Something inside just doesn't let it work. They feel too familiar.

to be fair,... in my situation (to be honest) i dont remember if she is my cousin, or second cousin. either way she was definately not being a nice girl to me. (dam hot temptrest, teasing me)
well, i never really knew my cousin growing up and i've only meet her a few times and she is hella hot, i've wacked off to her picture before. But i'm suppose to go on springbreak with her and i think she wants us to hook up while we are in florida.
