The F-body should be a 12-second car no problem with those mods.....i would imagine a 12-second scooter would be rather hard to hang on to.....

Eh, not really. It would be like standing up on a motorcycle. Fuck, the Hayabusa runs in the 9's stock.

a scooter would be a hell of a lot harder to hang on to. The body position is a lot more vertical than a motorcycle. Your center of balance is too far back. You also lose the stability that you have with a motorcycle because of the wheel size. It did have a wheelie bar, but I wouldn't want to be that dependant on it.


I just think it's funny as hell.

It doesn't run too deep in to the 9's, only about to 9.9 or so, but it has been timed at under 10 seconds.

I based that on forums where people who actually own and race them were telling what their hayabusa's ran out of the box. Most were running mid 10's. I have also seen them at the race track running the same. and I have a video of a nitrous powered hayabusa getting its ass kicked by an alleged 9 second mustang, but either way, it lost.

Agreed, most folks are only going to be able to get their Hayabusas in the mid 10's. You've got to be damn good to break it into the 9's, but it's possible.
