I'm partial to The Moody Blues' "Every Good Boy Deserves Favour" and "In Search of the Lost Chord".
They flow well as entire albums and really need to be listened too straight through. My favorite album depends on mood, but these two seem to work no matter what.
Wisconsin Death Trip - Static X
Every Zep album from 1 to Coda
Who is, This is - Voodoo Glow Skulls
40 Oz to Freedom - Sublime
Sevendust [self titled]
Reign in Blood -Slayer
Aenema - Tool
Dirt - Alice in Chains
Recieving the Gift of Flavor - The Urge
