Although any double-tap to the chest in any caliber over .32 would be VERY effective, since the chest is a much better target than the head.
Running the bastard over is a good alternative.

Hey, the bigger the gun, the better. My jaw droped when I saw a .50 cal D. Eagle handgun for the first time, that will do some major damage.
