I dont know if many enroll in this class but if there are/were any, does the class demand a lot? I want to try and take a light semester to bring my GPA up and seeing that I need another humanitites course i'd shoot for this one.
If it's like Dr. McManus' other classes you'll basically have a midterm and a final. Two papers, and two books to read. The papers are due before the tests. The tests are essay and contain questions from in class lecture and from the books.

I didn't find the class demanding last semester. Midterm, final, two papers, and some books. VERY interesting class and well worth the time.
