Res life has offered to put A/C window units in every quad room for $20 more a semester. QHA is voting on this on thursday and i would like to have some quad residents opinions and thoughts so i can bring them up at the meeting.

Everyone i have talked to so far has been adamantly against it, because almost everyone already has A/C. Also, air conditioners are what, $80 or so? Well thats 4 semesters which you (if im not mistaken) have to live in the dorms for anyway, so why not own something at the end of it?

Though I do not live at the quad, I could not see paying for a Window AC for them (Res. Life). I'm sure once you leave you'll prob. go to another apt. some where that you could use a Window AC unit. I would vote that down if I had any say.
