She was in my Intercultural Communication class. That's really sad. :(

Anybody else know her? I really didn't know her well (she didn't speak much in class), but she seemed like a very nice, lovable person. May she rest in peace.

Sad. I feel sorry for those that knew and cared for her, this type of thing really makes me sick.

The usual...walked away from the wreck. That is what I was told anyway. Sorry if it is incorrect. I do not want to start a bad rumor. I hope the person is punished severely. I will keep the Strodtman family in mind during this obviously hard time. May she rest in peace.

She was in my IDE 20 group last semester, she was indeed a wonderful girl who I never saw down. Even anytime during this semester if we walked by on campus, she would always say hello to me.

It still is sort of a shock to me that she is gone. :(

I just knew her through friends and met her a few times. seemed like a nice enough girl. If you are going to drink you best make sure you have a sober ride home. Even if you just plan on "having a couple".

agreed! shit like this shouldn't happen. Does anyone know anymore on where this occured? I haven't been able to find anything about it.

I understand where her friends and family are at emotionally... some of my friends from home died in alcohol related accidents. It really sucks!

The accident report stated that he was in serious condition and I think is currently in university hospital. He was a 47 year old male. One other car was involved the in the wreck but they were able to drive away on their own accord.

I knew Heidi pretty well. This sucks.

No insurance, no seat belt, drinking and driving, and manslaughter (don't know if drunk drivers actually get a murder charge). I personally think he should go to jail for life. At 47 years old, you'd think one would know better.

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was going to be a vigil or memorial held for Heidi at all?

I would like to attend but didn't know any of the details.

Thanks

There is one in-town 930 PM tomorrow (Monday) on the grassy knoll at TJ. If it rains, it will be moved to the South Lounge of TJ.
