Yea I know it sounds weird, but we are selling real brauts, sides, soda, and of course a BEER GARDEN!!! Tickets are 5 bucks and are for sale at the table in front of the library. There will be 5 hours of live music, and did I mention $2 pints in the BEER GARDEN? This Saturday... and there is a BEER GARDEN!!!

EDIT: I forgot to say that this is our Philanthropy Project. The proceeds will go to the Rolla Rotary who do a lot of local charity kind of things. So the money we make will stay here in town.

Do you have to buy tickets ahead of time?

We would prefer it just so we can have a better count, but you can buy tickets at the door.

Also I didnt put the location in there. It will be in our back yard at #4 Fraternity Drive. Its at the end of Frat Row.

Times are 4:30-10. As far as I know there isnt a price difference.

Two comments, one I hope you're having a 3rd party vendor for the beer garden, if you don't AEPi may be facing some crazy liquor charges.

second, Watch out for cops. We found out during Greek Games that at any event where alcohol is being served and ANYTHING is being sold, cops don't need a warrant to come into the party. For example, there was the beer garden at Greek Games and we were selling hot dogs and hamburgers in the Pepsi Trailer (outside of the Beer Garden)... hence the MIPs for the Phi Kaps.

Duh we have a third party, and we are having police support at the beer garden, and in the party.

Ticket sales on campus end tomorrow at 2. There is a table up in front of the library. There is the option to purchase tickets at the door but it will be easier on everyone to pick your ticket up at the table, 5 bucks gets you sausage, side, and a drink, 5 hours of live music and access to the BEER GARDEN with 2 dollar pints. T-Shirts will also be for sale at the event, but only a limited supply.

Sausuagefest starts tonight at 4:30! Tickets available at the door, and bring your friends!!! 5 bucks for the ticket including a sausage, side, and soda, live music and access to the beer garden. 2 dollar pints in the beer garden and 50 cent sodas for those who arent 21. T-Shirts also available at the event for 12.50. Come on out and have a good time, cuz what else are you going to do in Rolla?
