some guy stole 2 monitors from EE105 over thanksgiving break, there is surveillance footage but you really cant see anything. He obviously knew what he was doing

I got to watch on of the videos and it looked like he popped off the security chain. I've been around surplus stuff before and have tried getting one of those off before and found it nearly impossible.

Those that watched it, did you see that too? And is it easier than I remember to get off of a monitor/pc?

is this footage readily available, or would someone with access be willing to post it?

I'm also interested. Plus - the more eyes that see it - the more likely it is that someone goes "oh thats where my roommate got those damn monitors."

Really though the guy has a hood and keeps his head down, and keeps his head behind the monitors while he disconnects them

what an idiot. He happened to take the two monitor's closest to the fucking camera. I hope he gets caught. I work hard for all of my computer hardware stuff.
