Essentially, this is supposed to defend us against a cluster nuke. Given that warfare technology typically goes weapon - defense against weapon - better weapon -better defense, makes me wonder what the next step is.

wow that video has some of the lamest background music and voice overs i've ever heard. Makes me think that the video is actually from 1988, and they just updated the date on the film clip.
