there was some part on jalopnik a while back that was like that. had a picture of an old diff or something, and some chick in a bikini was holding it.

Perhaps I'm overestimating how much models typically get paid, but I find it hard to believe that the seller would see a return on their investment.

I can understand the models with the cars, but having a model hold a car exhaust or some engine part trying to look sexy? That just seems a bit ridiculous and over the top.

I saw a girl modeling for an intake system a while back. I think its pretty funny, it does not make we want to buy the product anymore than before, but its nice to see some eye candy.
