I don't know about refills, but you can exchange them at blue rhino stations around town (Lowes, Mobil 1, Casey's, Delano). They range in price between $18 and $22 for a modern tank exchange, ~$35 for a obsolete valve exchange, and ~$50 for a straight purchase.

All Star Gas off the 189 exit. Need to get mine refilled this week. Been two years.

I think they run about $12, they refill your tank in good condition.

Also check out Poe's, MFA Propane, any of them in town.
