I have a large, newer 3 bedroom townhouse on California Dr. in Rolla and I need a roommate for the next year. My fiancee, 9month old son, and myself will be living here and my fiancee would feel more comfortable with a female but we are not limited to that. I also request someone who is fairly neat and likes small children. We already have all the furniture and and home entertainment system to fill the house.
