Well, if they left it there for more than an hour or so without doing anything. It looks like the circle drive out in the front of TJ, which I think is generally accpeted as a loading/unloading area.

i actually would say that it was an older student parking there. a freshman would probably be too worried about breaking the rules especially their first week at college. and then the bitter students who've been here for 4 years don't really give a fuck about their 3 outstanding parking tickets they've gotten for being too lazy to walk to class anymore
