You know they increased the contract breach cost this year from $300 to $450? So if you have/want to leave after 1st semester, be prepared to cough up 2 months' rent.

What are the costs of living in the dorms this year, anyway? I seem to remember TJ costing like $2500/semester, but that might be wrong.
