Isn't crossing the borders of a sovereign country with military forces an act of war?

This has been going on for years but of course the mainstream media will never report it. No politician will ever build a wall or even try to stop illegals because of big business and cheap labor. The Border Patrol and Minutemen are trying to stop stuff like this but this isn't the first time someone crossed into the US and did this. Not long ago some people would volunteer to sit on the Texas border and shoot anything that crossed the river. I think they put a stop to that though. It has always happened and will always happen.

Jorge Bush says all the illegal immigrants bringing drugs with them, it's a good thing! Remember, they'll do all the work that americans won't do - after all, if they get paid to sit on their asses and watch cable TV, why would they want to pick fruit or clean bathrooms?

I'd sit on the border and shoot anybody crossing over, if I wouldn't get thrown in jail. Problem is, the politicians want the "problem" to stay so they have something to talk about. Without the "War on Drugs" they lose all their reasons for unconstitutional things like warrantless searches, no-knock raids, cash and vehicle siezures without a trial, tons of federal funding, etc.

They need to recon various parts of the border, find out where they (illegals and military) are crossing, and move some Bradleys in, put them hull down and camo'd. At night, when they are crossing seemingly unseen, rain down a little 25 mike mike on them. 25mm HEDP rounds tend to make little chunks out of what used to be people. Either that or just use a few claymores or an L shaped ambush. All will work quite well. Start killing folks who have weapons and these little incidents will slow down. I don't advocate killing unarmed illegals, but most definitley capture them and send them back.

The problem is that even the "honest" ones who just want to come here and get a job, they have to somehow pay to get smuggled over here - they do that by running drugs or weapons for the highly organized gangs like the Mexican Army or MS13.
