WTF, I want to hear about that. They are probably talking about something dumb like the secret service...

Count 1: Imposition of Abstinence-Only HIV Prevention Programs-- The Bush administration is using its political influence, aid, and funding in the sphere of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment to advance policies and programs that worsen the AIDS pandemic. Guided by a Christian fundamentalist ideological agenda, the administration is promoting and forcing deadly abstinence-only HIV prevention and sex education programs instead of proven comprehensive programs that comprise consistent and correct use of condoms.
The Gov't is responsible for STD prevention? Forcing the deadly practice of abstinence? I am so horny I could die.... literally

This strikes me as one of the more realistic claims on the page, should one consider authorizing the use of force to kill those labeled terrorists murder: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11180519/site/newsweek
For a few examples of known Bush-era strikes by the CIA overseas, check out the specific missions section of the predator drone page on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RQ-1_Predator
I'm skeptical on the U.S. citizens claim, too.

The enviroment and public health sections were stupid, however, the torture and illegal detention has always bothered me. If the claims are true, he probably should be impeached, if not arrested.
the evidence ive seen for both has been very shakey, esp for the detention centers ("secret" European ones), but again, if true, that is vaugly worrisome. as for the alleged illegal detention, all ive heard on that has been hearsay, nothing specific.
