The thing that is really aggrevating to me, is that the girls from the first two aren't even pressing charges/pursuing this. What kind of shit is that? In my mind, either the incidents must have heavily exaggerated, or, if the same perpatraters(sp) repeat, the victim is in some way responsible. I would think (I know that the mindset of the victims might be fear or something else that makes them want to clam up) they would want their assaulters to pay for their actions... But I hear that I might be an asshole. Girls, why wouldn't you (or would you) press charges on this kind of shit?
In closing, who are these assholes? Are they wrongfully accused, or what? If the accusations are accurate, why aren't these girls hammering these worthless bastards? Oh, and props to the girl in the first one for persuing this (hopefully this is a righteous charge, and the guy gets what he deserves, if it is a made up deal, man do I feel sorry for that guy, he is gonna have to call Wayne Brady).
On another note, it is nice to see that this may be resolved.

Only 20% of rapes are ever reported, much less prosecuted. Keep in mind that rape is primarily a psychological trauma. Some women in my family have been raped. It is a very devastating experience. Even when the woman is completely innocent (it's never the woman's fault, of course) she feels guilty, ashamed. They think it will hurt less if they pretend it didn't happen.

Sex crimes have increased because the margins of such conduct has widened. Having sex with a passed out individual and forced violent sex are now under the same crime, where as 20-30 years ago it wasn't taken as seriously. Thankfully now rapists can be charged more easily in a court, but it takes alot for a woman to come forward with it. Most women that I know that have been raped wouldjust rather try to forget it than take action.
And yeah, you cant be a victim of sexual misconduct if the sex was concensual (spelling?). I just dont see how that works, sorry.

sexual misconduct dosent have to involve sex, as this case pertains
In either case, i agree with the punishments of many of these crimes as they can be extremely emotionally scarring, but its to a point that any guy could get convicted of these crimes if its story vs. story. women get a huge margin of blind trust in this regard
