Ok, here is the solution to all of your voting woes. After the long discussion on the candidates stances, I have found a site which will not only inform you to what your candidate truly believes, but will also allow you to take a quiz and will factually match you with the candidate who believes along the same lines as you. It has both legislative and presidential candidates information. GO HERE NOW
My answer is pretty much where I expected. Liberman scores above Bush and my top 5 are 3 dems and 2 republicans. Kerry however is a straggler, behind of all people, Al Gore.
My party affiliation is
40% RNC
33% DNC
28% GREEN

So I'm taking the Issues3000.org quiz and it already rubs me the wrong way.
"Permit Prayer In Public Schools"
"Strongly Support means you believe: Judeo-Christian values are American values. Belief in God is what America was founded upon, so praying in school or other public places does not violate the separation of church and state.
Support means you believe: We need to teach values in our schools. The more our children are exposed to prayer, the Ten Commandments, and other traditional values, the better off they are.
Oppose means you believe: Prayer in schools in inappropriate because it fails to recognize American pluralism and religious diversity.
Strongly Oppose means you believe: Separation of church and state precludes allowing school prayer. It also precludes other aspects of religion in schools, such as posting the Ten Commandments in public places. We should not violate the Constitutional principle in this case."
I don't agree with any of those. I believe that no school should prevent a student from praying as long as it is not disruptive (as court rulings have provided for nearly 40 years). I believe that no school should advance religion (education about religion walks a fine line in my book, but if it's done properly I'm OK with it). Again, court rulings have set this standard for 40 years. Basically, I believe the status quo is the ideal solution.
Dems hate him because he won't fund social welfare.
Dems love him because he'll fight to never infringe on your rights or privacy.
Reps hate him because he doesn't give a damn if your gay.
Reps love him because he wants NO taxes.
You'll love him and hate him and its time for a change from a two party system!
Same AC as above. Bush and Kerry appeared in that order for me about in the middle, neither scored very well, they should have been the same candidate the way my scores went. Gepheart was dead last.
