No, but I have used driversguide.com
Some of their binaries have some adware, so I tend to use them as a last resort to download from, but they do make a pretty good search engine.

Well, I gave it a shot and here's what I found.
First off, you have to install a browser plug-in (made me a little uneasy), then it actually starts scanning every installed driver on your computer. Although most of the results were accurate, a few were dead wrong (ie. it said that my Compaq keyboard needed a new driver. Well, I'm using an original Packard Bell one).
And then they sprung the fee on me. It's $30/year, which (depending on your level of laziness and navagational skills) might be cheap enough for some to spring for.
Me? I'm unistalling the plug-in as I type this.
Local guru, I'm sure that you've already done this for yourself and are probably truly asking for anyone who's actually paid, so this actually just a mini-review for those too lazy to check it out themselves.
Enjoy,
