Thinking of getting a new monitor for probable use on with my 360

Im thinking lcd widescreen and something under $600.

any advice is greatly appreciated

I actually have experience in this, because I've been shopping. Do you strictly want a T.V.? Or do you want it to double as a computer monitor as well?

i actually dont care about the TV part at all, just the monitor

one with dual inputs would be nice but I can always get a switch

I asked that mostly as a question of resolution. I recommend this:

HDCP (so you're relatively future-proof for Vista), lots of inputs, great reviews, and overall good specs (1000:1 contrast, 8ms, 178 degree viewing area, the works).
