So I got a blackberry 8700 g and its for tmobil, but I have a cingular sim card. I know I could buy a code to unlock it, is there someone here that knows the code to unlock it? Any websites that would give it to me for free?

I have heard that you can call Cingular's customer service and they can give you an unlock code. You have to say you are going out of the country or something and it may take 5-7 days. And the phone has to be Cingular branded and have service for at least 90 days, so that doesn't help you macinnis203, sorry.

I haven't tried this yet, but I may in the future to unlock my phone.
