I have several long videos of a picnic that I took with my camera on a tripod, and there's only a few minutes of anything interesting on there. I need to cut it down and all that. The files are *.MOD files which will play in DIVX but not in windows media player or winamp. I can't use windows movie maker (it won't accept them) and I really don't know what to do. Is there a free video editing software I can download? Something similar to the free picture editing software like GIMP? |

You could try and find a free .mod to .avi (or whatever you want) converter on http://www.download.com and then use movie maker. |
