I was wondering if anyone here knows how to setup a hands free config with a bluetooth phone and PC using the PC's mic and speakers.

this isn't exactly what you want to do - but skype will let you make PC -> POTS (plain old telephone service) calls

If you can make your PC (with bluetooth) act as an Audio Gateway than you phone should recognize it and let you select it without a problem. Did you try that? Also, did you google for a solution. I did really quickly and there was some interesting stuff but I didn't really read that far into it.
