Same here: 2840/201 this morning. I'm happy (err, happier) that at least my download is where it should be. No disconnect problems either (though that was never an issue).
You know that all these "bad modems" just get checked back out and go right out the door. I highly doubt they do much more then make sure they connect and get internet. Not whether they stay connected under heavy use.
