I am running WM 6.1 and trying to get it to sync with the MST exchange server. It had the option to get settings automatically and everything looks ok but it wont connect. It keeps asking me to put my info in, which also looks right.

The fields are:

user name: does it include @mst.edu?
password: pretty sure i'm putting this in right
domain: mst-users\
server: mst-vmail3.srv.mst.edu

Is ssl supposed to be checked?

Any suggestions?

I use:

username: no @mst.edu. just your 6-digit alphanumeric id.
password: obvious.
domain: MST-USERS
server: minermail.mst.edu

My phone does not support 802.11 wifi, only Edge, G, and 3G. So it should work for mobile wifi. If you are still having trouble, the Help Desk in the library may be able to help.

Same here, also how I have setup a couple other users. I don't have a WM phone anymore, so I can't double check this. Try using: "MST-USERS\[username]" for the username and leaving the domain blank. Also, if there is a setting to enable SSL, try enabling that. But my phone seem to work using 3G or edge.
