I've been streaming a lot of stuff lately and notice that my speeds aren't what they should be. Is there still a way to see if campus has you throttled? Last I knew was the color coded tier system, but can't seem to find anything like it anymore. |

I did some "research" on this (meaning I asked someone) "In short, it's not tiered. I'm not the best person to ask, though, since it's not my area. Also, if you get limited down, it'll recover within the top of the hour, +/- 15 minutes, as I recall. Of course, if you suddenly use a lot of traffic again, you're just going to get limited immediately." |
