I don't get it, but since I came back from xmas break, my outlook won't update anymore. My ISP is Fidelity, when I open outlook, I have to type in my password like usual, and it says it is both connected and that All Folders are up to date. It's not working offline, but it has the same email content as when I left 2 weeks ago.

And when you check on Minermail do you have any new messages? Could be that you've just not gotten any mail in the last two weeks since everyone is on break.

Have you opened a trouble ticket yet?
I know I had a ton of issues one time mapping to my DFS share, and I finally broke down and opened a trouble ticket. Eventually it got to the point where Karl looked at it, and sure enough it was on their end - someone had inadvertently broken one of the firewall rules that allowed the traffic through for ResNet.

Ya know, you can go here 24/7, submit a ticket online, and get a reply reasonably fast. Then you don't have to wait for business hours and you can take your time describing the problem to make sure all relevant details are included.
Phone calls aren't bad, just a little inconvenient.
