Anybody know of any TEC water blocks for a 939 that i don't have to pay out the ass for. I keep finding nice ones for socket A at about $80 but anything for a 939 is at least $120.

Uhm, I am no wizard with water cooling, but I would believe that if you are using a peltier to cool the water in your system, that you can use any water block for a socket 939. Just do a google search for "socket 939 water cooling", you'll get plenty of possible water blocks.

Peltier is sandwitched between a coolplate (copper plate) and the water block. In other words the peltier cools the cpu not the water. It heats the water up quite high and thats why you have to use water cooling. I'm looking for a peltier that transfers at least 230w.

pelts aren't worth it for the few extra degrees colder you are gonna get. If you didn't have to buy an extra powersupply maybe but that cost makes it crazy.
yeah it was a bit much, but it's my hobby. If you've already got the water cooling it isn't much considering you get your cpu down to 3c under load(if you do it right).

The reason i avoided peltier when i was looking to different options for cooling a while back was because anything that lowered temperatures below the dew point inside my computer seemed like a bad idea. Otherwise i'm sure crazy ass people like you would have found a way to rig freon systems together by now.
Why don't you just put the waterblock on the processor itself. That peltier will be a whole lot of trouble because it'll put out more than 320 watts of heat. Peltiers arn't very efficient at transfering heat, they eat a lot of watts themselves. That and if you get below dew point you'll ahve condensation on the area around the CPU, which spells disaster for your mobo without lots of insulation.
I mean, it's winter right now, just stick that radiator out the window and you'll have all the cool you'll ever need, that way you'll have enough spare dissapation to hook a video card waterblock into your system.
