Just got done getting all the bugs worked out of my Debian mirror. Currently it's mirroring main, contrib, and non-free for testing (sarge) and unstable (sid). If my crontab is correct it should be updated daily around 4:00 AM. I don't plan on mirroring stable since it's so damn old.

Here are the relevant sources.list entries:

# for testing (sarge)
deb ftp://fsrv.dyndns.org/debian/ testing contrib non-free main
# for unstable (sid)
deb ftp://fsrv.dyndns.org/debian/ unstable contrib non-free main

PS: Symlinks & chrooted ftpds do not get along well...

Score, just what I was looking for. Need to feed my source list now that I'm running Ubuntu.

Got an Ubuntu mirror up now. Warty, with main, restricted, universe, and multiverse.

Haven't tested it with my Ubuntu box yet. Should work, if not PM me.

deb ftp://fsrv.dyndns.org/ubuntu/ warty main restricted universe multiverse

Well, if I phrased the debmirror command correctly it should be downloading warty-security as I speak.

Sweeeeet, not it won't take forever + a few weeks to do an upgrade.

It would be nice if you could also mirror the latest kernel sources (2.6.x and 2.4.x), it takes a while to download it here (TJ).

It is on the UMR ftp server.

ftp://ftp.umr.edu/pub/linux/kernel/

@GenPFault:
The ubuntu repository is not working now, in case you didn't know.
Keep up the good work.

Looks like I goofed the command to download the Ubuntu security updates. The Ubuntu mirror got et, so I'm downloading it again. ETA is roughly 4 days. Debian mirror should still be working however.

OK, both mirrors should be up and functional again, as well as updated daily.

150kb/s >> 20kb/s.
