I'm RMA-ing an external hard drive I bought. Its gotta be in an ESD bag or they won't take it. I tore the original one it was in and as of now I've wrapped it around the HD and taped it up, but if anyone's got an ESD bag big enough for it, I'd rather use a new bag just to be safe.

Maybe the IT help desk might have one?
I had to do the same thing but I got them to send me the replacement drive first(came in an ESD bag) befor i sent my drive in. All I had to do is give them my creditcard number.
BTW I had a WD hard drive.
