WTB: Laptop Memory + Hard Drive

Anybody have some nice laptop memory sticks or hard drives they want to sell? 2.5 inch ATA/100 and 200-pin notebook DDR1.

I'd prefer a 7200rpm drive and 1gb stick of RAM. (Note: I can only buy one stick as there's only one slot.)
