Like the title says, need a female DVI to female or male VGA adapter. I've got a DVI monitor and a VGA video card that need to be temporarily hooked up.

The adapter would have to change the analog vga signal to DVI. It's not just a matter of gender. The only reason male DVI to female vga works is because most female DVI connectors are actually DVI-A so carry a analog signal as well as digital.

Or did I misunderstand you?
