The house is located at 1210 Iowa street which is the corner of 13th and Iowa. Big house with 3 other people in it... 2 rooms open

basement
laundry
big yard

included in that $250 is rent, utilities, cable, and internet
we have lofted couches, a grill, appliances, tvs, and a bar
its about a 5-10 minute walk to campus, and our neighbors are college students
